Block the service tax in Chicago

Mayor Rahm Emanuel has talked about expanding the sales tax in Chicago to include some services. Voters may remember that he promised to reduce the excessive sales tax rate during his campaign for mayor. Unfortunately, he would make it worse for citizens who are struggling to keep their household budgets in line.
