Game 5 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals is tied 1-1 at the end of regulation. If Chicago scores first, the series returns to the United Center Monday night for Game 6. If Phoenix scores first, they advance to the Western Conference Semifinals and the season is over for the Blackhawks.
