"The Secret World of Arriety" Amy Poehler and Will Arnett lend their voices for another lovely animated film from Studio Ghibli ("Ponyo") that lacks narrative impact. "Rampart" Woody Harrelson is great in this otherwise choppy drama from writer-director Oren Moverman ("The Messenger"). "Declaration of War" A couple confronts their young son's cancer diagnosis in this extraordinary, original French blend of romance and tragedy. "In Darkness" A Polish sewer worker helps a group of Jews hide from the Nazis in this riveting, Oscar-nominated drama.
